Meet the executive team
Noah Hendricks
Chief Representative, Managing Director
Noah is our Chief Representative, holding executive leadership and responsibility over the strategic direction of the Temporary Workers Association across the UK. He is an associate resuscitation trainer and clinical educator in his day job at the largest ambulance trust in the country.
Previously a temporary worker himself, and faced with unfair and detrimental treatment due to raising a safety concern at an acute trust in the South East, Noah founded the TWA alongside the Deputy Chief Representatives Team, ensuring that all workers, no matter their contractual status, are supported and heard in their places of work.
Noah believes that equal employment rights should be awarded to all workers, whether contracted or not, and continues to advocate for the progression of said rights across both public and private sectors, including in parliamentary domains.

Noah is also an active representative, and is often seen representing individuals throughout their workplace difficulties. He specialises in detrimental treatment and discrimination, with specialist knowledge on the Equality Act 2010, and how it is applied in the workplace. Being neurodiverse himself, Noah deeply understands the barriers faced by those with disabilities or protected characteristics, and believes workplaces should champion their workforce, rather than set additional challenges to their workloads.
